Tyson 2.0 is a lifestyle and cannabis brand, co-founded by boxing legend Mike Tyson. Launched in 2021 under the parent company Carma HoldCo, the brand serves as an extension of Tyson's personal journey with cannabis and hemp, focusing on themes of resilience, transformation, and wellness. Mike Tyson serves as the brand's Chief Brand Officer and Chief Product Tester.

The brand leverages Tyson's boxing persona, offering products characterized by high-potency and distinct flavor profiles. Well known are their Edibles, Mike Bites, a line of ear-shaped gummies with a notch removed. This design is a reference to the 1997 boxing match between Tyson and Evander Holyfield. Main products are flower & pre-rolls, the brand offers various strains curated for the market, including lines such as "The Toad," "Tiger Mintz," and "Knockout OG."

Tyson 2.0 utilizes a licensing and partnership model rather than operating its own cultivation sites. They establish exclusive agreements with multi-state operators (MSOs) to distribute products in dispensaries across all the legal states in the US.

The brand also has expanded beyond the United States and currently maintains a presence in approximately 17 countries, including a branded coffeeshop in Amsterdam and a cannabis lounge in Marbella, Spain. Through partnerships with international distributors, the brand's products are available in various markets, including parts of Europe, South Africa, and Australia, where local laws permit.
