Hashtek emerged from Canada’s federal cannabis legalization, uniting a team of engineers, artists, and fabricators dedicated to enhancing access to clean hash. We specialize in solventless extraction, focusing on mechanical separation of trichome heads. Our expertise in sanitary stainless steel fabrication and industrial equipment design ensures top-quality products for our clients.

Aleks from Hashtek takes the BubbleTek out on the water for one of our most unusual equipment tests yet: a complete wash day on a pontoon boat. We loaded up the BubbleTek, a freeze dryer, collection equipment and 160 gallons of cold water. The plan sounded simple. Once the pontoon started sitting lower than expected, we quickly learned just how much that water actually weighs. Making Fish Amino Acid Fertilizer From Salmon Scraps 🐟🌱
We turned salmon scraps and white sugar into Fish Amino Acid, or FAA: a natural nitrogen-heavy fertilizer we use during the vegetative phase. This footage is from one year into the ferment, but this same batch is now three years old and still going strong. The sugar draws moisture out of the fish and, over time, the proteins break down into an amino-acid-rich liquid concentrate. FAA is mainly used to support green vegetative growth.
