Its two tanks, completely insulated, keep the temperature at a constant cold level that helps to maintain the properties of the cannabis in optimal conditions, resulting in resin extractions of the highest quality due to its high retention of trichomes, terpenes and cannabinoids. In addition, the thermometer included allows for constant temperature accuracy and optimal control throughout the extraction process.

By means of a digital control panel you will be able to control all the features of the equipment, adjust the desired speed and water flow direction according to the needs of each extraction. Remember that it is not the same to handle fresh or dry product and that the quantity to be processed will determine the operating mode of each extraction cycle.

Thanks to the tilting system of the agitator tank, you will be able to load the product quickly and easily, and its swivel wheels will also allow easy and practical transport.

The MX ICE 500 is equipped with a 4.5-inch multifunction LCD touch screen that allows total and precise control of the equipment, simplifying its operation and scheduling to the maximum.

From this intuitive interface, you can adjust the water flow direction, its rotation and the timer to adapt the process to the specific needs of each production. At the same time, you can regulate the speed of the agitation blades to achieve the best performance at each stage of the process. And, if you wish, leave the water flow recirculation system activated for a second filtering phase. Its technology also allows the recording of customized programs, giving you the flexibility to store and reuse personalized configurations for future production, optimizing efficiency and production in every use. Monitor and save each stage of the process – set up to ten different programs, with ten possible steps per process, fully customisable!

TOTAL TRICHOME PRESERVATION

By using an advanced filtration system and precise temperature control, pure and consistent concentrates are obtained automatically and with the greatest guarantee of preservation. Its cold extraction technology meticulously preserves the delicate trichomes of the plant, ensuring a final product of exceptional purity and flavor. Solvent-less ice extraction-system, the process is completely natural, achieving superior quality results.

The agitator tank is fitted with a soaking screen, which is positioned when the plant material and ice layers are introduced. Placed in the upper part of the tank, its function is to preserve the product before the start of each cycle, when the material is preserved for a few moments in an initial phase prior to agitation. This simple step ensures that all the components of the cannabis are preserved as much as possible before subsequent agitation and filtering.

The MX ICE 500 includes a stainless steel safety chamber strategically placed at the bottom of the agitator tank. This safety chamber is designed to preserve and protect the precious trichomes during the agitation process, thus preventing their dispersion and ensuring the integrity of the extraction.
