With increased capacity, it turns into the most professional cannabis resin extraction system on the market, designed for even larger productions, while maintaining the quality and safety standards for which we are known. This new version, with a higher capacity, is also automated, allowing for efficient one-man operation, but designed to maximize productivity.

Like its predecessor, the MX ICE 700 features fully digital monitoring, allowing you to adjust the speed of the agitator blades, reverse the water flow, program the run time and activate the recirculation pumping system for double filtration. MAXIMUM USER-FRIENDLINESS

The MX ICE 700 is distinguished by its ease of use and higher capacity – up to 200L – by fully automating the resin extraction process. With this new version, you will save even more production time, achieving higher efficiency and profitability.

Like the previous model, it has two completely insulated tanks that keep the temperature at a constant cold level, preserving the properties of the cannabis in optimal conditions. This system allows resin extractions of the highest quality, with excellent retention of trichomes, terpenes and cannabinoids. In addition, the built-in thermometer ensures constant temperature accuracy and optimal control throughout the extraction process.

This ice extractor system also incorporates a digital control panel from which you can manage all the equipment’s functions: adjust the stirring speed, change the water flow direction and adapt the extraction cycle according to the type of product, whether fresh or dry, and the quantity to be processed.

Thanks to its tilting system in the agitator tank, loading the product is fast and convenient. Its swivel wheels, together with the larger size of the equipment, make it easy to transport for practical use in different environments.

MULTIFUNCTIONAL LCD TOUCH SCREEN

The MX ICE 700 is equipped with a 4.5-inch multi-function LCD touch screen that allows total and precise control of the equipment, simplifying its operation and scheduling to the maximum.

From this intuitive interface, you can adjust the water flow direction, its rotation and the timer to adapt the process to the specific needs of each production. At the same time, you can regulate the speed of the agitation blades to achieve the best performance at each stage of the process. And, if you wish, leave the water flow recirculation system activated for a second filtering phase. Its technology also allows the recording of customized programs, giving you the flexibility to store and reuse personalized configurations for future production, optimizing efficiency and production in every use. Monitor and save each stage of the process – set up to ten different programs, with ten possible steps per process, fully customizable!

TOTAL TRICHOME PRESERVATION

Using an advanced filtration system and precise temperature control, the MX ICE 700 delivers even purer and more consistent concentrates, fully automatically, with the highest guarantee of preservation. Its cold extraction technology carefully preserves the delicate trichomes of the plant, ensuring a final product of exceptional purity and flavor. As it is a solvent-free process, it is completely natural, achieving superior quality results.

The agitator tank of the MX ICE 700 incorporates a submersible protective screen, which is positioned when the plant material and ice layers are introduced. Placed at the top of the tank, its function is to preserve the product before the start of each cycle, keeping it in an initial resting phase prior to agitation. This essential step maximizes the preservation of all cannabis components prior to further agitation and filtering.

In addition, it includes a stainless steel safety chamber, strategically placed at the bottom of the shaker tank. This safety chamber is designed to preserve and protect the precious trichomes during the shaking process, preventing their dispersion and ensuring the integrity of the extraction.
