The NugSmasher PRO is the ultimate commercial rosin extractor, ideal for medium to large-scale businesses needing maximum production. With 7” x 10” smash plates, it can extract up to 100 grams per press. Each plate has 3 heating elements for consistent temperature control and a precise pressure gauge for optimal rosin quality.

This 212-lb machine features dual pressure control, offering thumb-operated pneumatic and manual control to exert up to 20 tons of pressure. The plug ‘n play system works with 3.5, 7, or 14-gram bags. Made from solid steel, it has a fully-fabricated and CNC-machined frame, making it one of the toughest and highest-capacity machines available.

NugSmasher PRO can be used manual with the included lever or pneumatically with compressed air. Any air compressor with a working pressure between 90-120 psi and has a 3 gallon or larger tank works great. Recommended to be used with a water separator attached to the compressor and inlet size is 1/4 in -18 npt into the machine. Air Compressor and water separator are not included

Extra Large Plates: This rosin press is built with a pair of 7” x 10” smash plates, one of the industry’s largest plates. These extra large plates can easily accommodate the biggest extraction bags as well.

Dual Pressing Application: The NugSmasher PRO can be operated either pneumatically with an air compressor with 90-120 PSI output and 3 gallon or larger, or manually via arm rod for your convenience.
